Shipping:
We offer free standard ground shipping on all orders shipped within the contiguous United States. All in-stock items ship within 7 business days of order confirmation.
Returns:
We strive for your complete satisfaction with our luxury goods. However, we understand that sometimes an item may not work out. Please read our comprehensive return policy below, designed to ensure a smooth return process.
All returns require prior authorization. Returns must be requested within 5 business days of receiving the product. Please complete our return request form to initiate the process. Returns without an issued authorization number may be ineligible for a refund.
Once your return is authorized, you will be provided with a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number to note on your package. Unauthorized returns will be refused. Items must be returned within 15 business days of the delivery date, in their original condition, including all parts and original packing materials.
A 25% restocking fee applies to all eligible returns, along with return shipping costs. The specific amount of your refund, less these fees, will be communicated via email upon the safe receipt and inspection of the merchandise.
Products must be "as new," uninstalled, and in their original packaging. Upon receipt and inspection confirming the item's condition, we will process your credit less the actual shipping charges and restocking fee. Credits are issued within 10 business days of receipt.
Items that have been installed or modified or not in their original package, including outside box and packing material, are ineligible for return.
Recipients must open and inspect the contents of all boxes immediately upon arrival. If you encounter a defect in your product or if the item arrives with shipping damage, please contact us immediately at 214-747-2232. Claims must be reported within 3 days from delivery to qualify for credits, replacements, or adjustments. Items should not be removed from the original delivery address for such claims.
