Pettigrew’s customers demand service to support our hand-crafted products. Our Custom Shop is able to refinish a piece to your specifications. We will do a color match on a painted piece to bring the room together. Our Upholstery Department can change fabrics, add down or construct new pillows for your old favorite sofa. Our Lighting Department will rewire and conduct UL tests on that vintage outdoor lantern or convert an antique gaslight.

Chandeliers demand care and engineering prior to and during installation. Our full time lighting installation team travels throughout the United States to install, service and clean fine indoor and outdoor lighting. With over 28 years of chandelier experience, there is no project too large or insignificant for Pettigrew’s lighting service to handle.

Our Dallas warehouse provides over 65,000 square feet of storage space to hold your order until you are ready for shipment. We provide full packing and crating services with U.S. Customs bonding and international freight forwarding. Pettigrew maintains discounted tariffs with all major over-the-road transfer companies as well as regional and local delivery firms.

Regional professional photographers as well as television and film production companies have tapped our rental services. Pettigrew’s consignment arrangement allows customers to recycle furniture and lighting and keep a fresh look.
