Twenty-five years ago John Orr convinced Rita to join Pettigrew on a full-time basis. She had worked for John during Dallas’ big market weekends since the ‘70s, but Pettigrew needed her design talents year round.
"I just loved Pettigrew’s merchandise, and I was comfortable selling it."
Rita has shopped Italy’s furniture workshops and the stalls of Paris’ flea markets.
"We don’t buy lines of finished goods. We hand pick pieces or work with the craftsmen to develop our own interpretation of a classic."

Rick came to PAI Fabrics in 1993 after cutting his teeth in the broadcast industry.
"I wanted to work in a creative environment where I could work hand-in-hand with customers."
Today Rick is Pettigrew’s fabric buyer and travels the fabric markets seeking the latest color trends and discovering new combinations that are going to hit the display wings.

Greg has been Pettigrew’s lighting installation expert since 1998. For nearly 30 years he has handled the installation and cleaning of chandeliers and lighting in the most important homes in the Southwest.
"Attention to detail is my hallmark, I guess. I take great care to be sure an installation or cleaning is safe, efficient and most of all meets or exceeds the expectations of the homeowner. That’s why I serve so many of my clients year after year."
Greg travels throughout the United States serving Pettigrew’s lighting customers. His expertise makes him an important member of the Pettigrew Family.

PAI Fabrics recruited Paul in 2001 for his ability to manage the mind-boggling task of sampling thousands of fabrics and wallcoverings.

Bill is a 38-year veteran of the furniture business. For thirty of those years he was on the road representing America’s best lines of upholstery.
