Seventh Annual Spring Thing Design Event
Decorative Center Dallas announces the 2008 Spring Thing design event to be held Thursday, May 1st and Friday, May 2nd. The event is tailored for interior designers, architects and specifiers and offers continuing education credits, showroom hospitality, a raffle drawing and more. This annual conference is the perfect way for licensed interior designers to maintain their CEPH course credits while experiencing the latest offerings from designer showrooms.
The two day event attracts engaging speakers and industry experts to help designers maintain their professional standing and competitive edge. Each year Pettigrew Associates, Inc. hosts Spring Thing and gives designers time to discover our latest creations. We are new to the neighborhood, 1331 Dragon. Martin&Martin Design, my company, specializes in fine art services, art illumination, lighting design, and lighting control. We have been finalizing details to host a Trade breakfast on Thursday May 1st from 7:30-9:30am, followed by our grand opening to the public either Friday or Sat. night, May 2 or 3rd.
This evening I saw the signs for Spring Thing and wanted to find out how to participate as a showroom, providing educational resources as they pertain to art illumination, lighting design and lighting control. We already have an representative from Wendelighting scheduled to be present and speak at the breakfast (Wendelighting makes an art illumination product).
Please let me know if we could be a part of what you're doing on May 1 & 2. We're, planning on sending out evites to the Trade by this Friday (April 18).
